When To use Transaction code F111

When do we need to execute F111 (automatic payment transaction for payment request)?

F111 is used to process payment requests created by tcode F-59

The transaction F111 is for payment request, which can include payment request from GL account. For example, in Treasury, our business partner can be a bank, and so there is no ARAP account, and the corresponding asset/liability are stored in GL account as payment request. In this case you must use F111 instead of F110 to trigger payments.

In our company, we normally use F111 to perform all of our Repetitive bank-to-bank funding wires - House bank to House bank (OT81 as part of CM).   Since we're still on 4.5B so the following applies to 4.5, our F111 configuration includes other settings that complement FBZP, they're F8BG, F8BJ, F8BK, and F8BF.

Check the menu path Environment -> Configuration on the main F111 screen.  There's also a consistency check under the General ledger accts option that reconciles between the F111 tables and FBZP to insure they will process correctly together.

The payment program for payment requests is an additional automatic payment option in the SAP System. You can use this payment program to make payments to customers and vendors, or between G/L accounts. Unlike the standard payment program, the payments are not based on open items (FI documents) but on payment requests.

F111 is for payment request, which can include payment request from GL account, AR and AP.
F110 is for payments.

Just like F110, we maintain parameters for payment to vendors. F111, similarly works the same way.
One of the difference we can see is, it facilitates multiple company codes for in F111.
Better to use both the entries.

Is There a Field in Reguh Or Regup Or Any Other Table That Identifies Between F110 and F111 Transaction?

Check the field "RZAWE" - Payment method.

Generally the payment methods like "1", "2", "3" ..... are used as Treasury payment methods and will be the ones processed through F111 and the other payment methods like "C", "T" are payments processed through F110.
