Answers:

  1) 265 x 6 (boxes of apples) = 1590
      1590 / 5 = 318
      318 x 2 = 636
      He received $636 altogether.

  2) Mei Mei      2 unit 30 (twice of Gina)
      Gina           1 unit 15 stickers
      Saira          1 unit
      Total          4 units 45 stickers
      825 - 45 = 780
      780 / 4 = 195

   3) 144 x 8 = 1152
       a) She bought 1152 packets.

       1152 / 6 = 192
       192 x 15 = 2880
       b) She collected $2880.

    4) 78 x 2 = 156 (2 hats)
        124 + 156 = 280 (Total costs)
        450 - 280 = 170
        170 / 8 = 21 r 2 round down to 21
        He can buy 21 shirts.

    5) a) 300 - 150 = 150
There are 150 more butter cakes than strawberry cakes sold on that day.

        b) 80  x 9 = 720
            220 x 2 = 440
            720 + 440 = 1160
            Mrs Ho collected $1160.
