If you requires T-Code and T-Code Description, you goto
SUIM T-Code --- Click on --- Executable role --- Put the role name
For Eg - ZFICO_Comp_Normal / OR you can put Single Role also, Click on Execute
In this way, you will get User wise executable tcode also in SUIM only.
2) Where can I get the role wise transaction information for a particular user in SAP?
Run t-code SUIM
Drill in to path: Roles / Roles by Complex Selection Criteria.
When you get to the roles by complex selection criteria screen you can choose to get a report by "role name" only or by "User" or by "Transaction" and also a combination of any of these.
For your purpose put in the user name under Selection according to user assignments and Execute that report. This will display the roles for the user.
To get T-codes for a user just highlight a role and click
the BUTTON at the top that says,
"Transaction Assignments" to see the transactions for
that role.
All of the SUIM reports are Exportable for working in EXCEL and other formats by clicking the "List" menu and drill in to "Export" then "File".
