0COORDER_0103_HIER missing hierarachy node

hello,

we have been extracting the order group into BW without error until recently, where some hierarchies for selection are missing from the infopackage. it throws us the error “please select a hierarchy”.

for example, we used to have “1R”. it is now no longer here for selection.

we’ve checked that the hierarchy is active in ERP. any ideas?
