Question:
How to exclude the total amount calculation of several accounts in Financial Statement (FS) without deleting the account from the structure of FS? For example, I want to exclude the total amount of fixed assets in FS, but fixed assets should appear on FS.
Answer:
In the maintenance transaction for the financial statement version (OB58) double click on the node where the fixed assets are assigned to. There should be one check box “display total” which can be deactivated and thus suppress the total amount.
Financial Accounting -> General Ledger Accounting -> Business Transactions -> Closing – Document -> Define Financial Statement Versions -> Select Financial Statement Version -> Click Financial Statement Items
