Is there any tables where the list of deleted queries info getting stored.
I also what to know who has deleted the query ?

I am afraid the only way to go now is via logging, SLG1 register all
activated logging, you can check logging of that table and check the
deletion activities or the logging of Tcode: RSZDELETE hope it helps you.
