PCL4 The Change Log Detail Cannot Be Found

When I use SE16 to check the content of table PCL4, the change log detail CANNOT be found except some headings info.

Where are those info. (such as the before image and after image that can be found from report RPUAUD00) stored?

The logged documents of changed infotype data can only be selected and evaluated in the standard system by report RPUAUD00.
