HPB Tracker apps message: Something went wrong, Try again. I hate this error message.
When you saw the error message after you have done your 10,000 steps and MVPA heart rate exercise, you feel damn frustrated when the HPB tracker apps just can’t sync your data.
The following are some error check list that I found to solve the syncing issue:
- Bluetooth On – this should be easy as the apps does prompt you.
- Location On – same as Bluetooth, the apps will prompt you.
- Restart Phone – this the apps does not prompt you and it does work many a times, but I found the HPB tracker can sync only every time I restart my mobile phone. Hope they can improve on this so but no choice for now. Restart your mobile phone after more than 3 times when the HPH tracker cannot sync.
Healthy 365 app not working when trying to change tracker. This happen when my old tracker spoilt and I was trying to change it to another model. I tried calling the Healthy 365 Customer Service but their IT does not seem to have the know-how. Again DIY and the method of Restarting my Mobile Phone seems to work.
