Possible Solution 1:

I am using Jabra Elite 65T

I called Jabra and they sent me instructions to reset the case and it worked.

Plug the case into a non-Apple wall charger.

Open the case and remove the earbuds. Store the buds in a safe place

Leave the case open, empty, and plugged in for at least 2 hours.

Unplug and close the case before returning the buds to charge.

Possible Solution 2:

I was able to fix mine.

Take the buds out the case and plug the case in with the lid open. Charging when lid was close was not worked for me.

Leave it for few hours to charge. I left mine for the night.

Next day I put buds in and they were charged to 100%. I have the firmware version 1.27.0.

Hope this helps.

Possible Solution 3:

I use the right side earbud to listen to YouTube and other things. My left side bud remains in the case at 100%, but the right bud goes down and will not charge.

What I have figured out is that in order to get the right bud to charge, I must take the left bud out of the case, only then will the right bud charge back up to 100%.

I came in here hoping someone else had this problem and figured out what to do about it.

Possible Solution 4:

How do I reset the charging case for my Jabra true wireless earbuds?

If the LED on the charging case does not light up when you connect the charging case to a power source, you can try resetting the charging case.

To reset the charging case, follow these steps.

Open the charging case and leave the lid open.

Plug in the charging case to a power source using the USB cable.

When you see the battery level LED indication, close the lid.

Allow the earbuds and charging case to fully charge.

It takes approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes to fully charge the earbuds and the charging case using the USB cable. Third party USB chargers may take longer to charge the charging case.
