There are so much focusing on recruiting downline these days, but there are not much information which can be found on what to do after somebody has signed up under you. Here's are some concept I learned a while back called telling, showing, trying and doing. It is essential that you follow these tips when training your downline. Telling This word is self-explanatory. You might tell your downline member how to set up their autoresponder, or tell them that they need to make a brand of themselves. They might do well when you tell them this, but many people need more. Showing Sad to say, this step is lacking in our mlm industry today. To show means you teach your downline how to set up an autoresponder or a Facebook account. Fortunately, this is easier today than ever before. With video, we can walk our downline members through each and every step and show them, rather than just tell them how to do what they need to do. Trying After you've told them what to do, then you've shown them how to do it, they need to try it on their own with you looking over their shoulder. They can consider themselves very fortunate to have an upline that will go the extra mile to make sure they get the proper training. Many of us, myself included, didn't have the luxury of such an upline. How did we learn? If you've got that burning desire to make it, you'll find a way. Fortunately, with YouTube, a lot of the questions we had were mostly answered. Yes, it took longer than it would have, had someone with more experience been looking over my shoulder, but I've found most of what I've needed to know. And, even though it was time consuming, most of the information was free. Doing The final step to training your downline is to let them just do it. If you've told them how it's done, shown them how it's done, and then watched them while they tried, they should be ready to start implementing what you've taught them.
