There are many circumstances we just cannot control. My computer had just crashed and I had to re-install the operating system and lose all of my programs and files. It is going to take days to re-install all the programs and files I need to work with. Yes, it has been stressful and upsetting to you but there was nothing I could do except to just keep plodding along until my equilibrium was re-established, in this case, until my computer programs were installed and running again. There are many ways which you can respond. You could throw your hands up in the air, go out for some drinks and decide to deal with it in a few days when you feel calmer. Some people choose to operate this way. You could call up your computer company and yell at whoever you speak to and demand attention and retaliation. You could spend hours on the phone complaining to everyone you know about your hard luck with another computer crashing. What is the most productive and correct way to respond to such adversity. One of the best way is to handle what you can immediately. Take whatever necessary steps to repair whatever is possible to repair. Then just take a break to pamper yourself in the middle of the process. Remember to just keep going until the crisis is over and life for you will return to normal.
