Your Mind is the Only Limit in What You Can Achieve

Many people often under achieved because of the opinions of others.  The opinions given by others are nothing more than self limiting beliefs that will stop you from achieving your success.

Have the confidence to move forward as you can achieve much more than what you think.

Before Roger Bannister broke the four minute mile, many doctors and scientists have claims for many years that the human body was simply not capable of such a thing.  After Roger Bannister broke that self limiting beliefs, later on more that 50 people did the same thing within the next two years.

Never allowed others to do the thinking and run your life for you.  Focusing too much on a problems difficulties will only stop you from even trying.  You should instead take each problem as a challenge and focus on finding a solutions for it.

Just like a glass half filled with water.  Some will say that it is half full and some will say that it is half empty.  Those who focused on the negative side of things will failed to find the positive side of things.  What most people failed to understand that the power of positive thinking have the amazing power to improve our lives.

Don't be afraid to asked and learn from the experience of others.  However, don't let them affect your original opinions and beliefs.  To succeed, failing is inevitable, but the lessons learned while trying will definitely allow you to understand and appreciate yourself more.  It will build up your self confidence and allows you to push yourself to a higher limit.

The followings are some ideas to help you change your self limiting beliefs:

- It is your attitudes towards life problems.  Make a firm decisions that you are going to change into someone better.

- Understand the meaning of cause and effect. What you do now will have an effect in your future life.  What is the cause of over weight?  It is cause by over consumption of foods without any regular exercise for your body.  The effect of over eating is that you will grow fat.

- Have a goal that will motivate you so that nothing can stop you from achieving it as long as you believe that it can be done.

- Practice positive thinking and always focus on the positive side in every outcome.

- Brain storm and ask yourself better questions and talk to someone about the problems who have the knowledge about the subject.  Have you noticed that sometime, just by telling someone a problem, the solutions just pop into your mind on its own even though the other person may not have the answer for you.

- Have a quiet place alone where you can mediate on a regular basis.

- Act courageously and learn to take action even you might feel afraid.

Most important, do not be satisfy with the way things are.  Always have the craving to challenge yourself and discover your capabilities.  As you overcome your fear and accomplish more, you will then be able to reach your full potential and lead a live without any self limiting beliefs.
