Is there any setting in SPRO, to delete the used cataloges created by t-code QS41.

You can delete used catalog through SPRO. Follow these steps:

1. Deactivate the catalog type first.

Menu path : SPRO -> IMG -> Plant Maintenance and Customer Service -> Maintenance and Service Processing -> Maintenance and Service Notifications -> Notification Creation -> Notification Content -> Maintain Catalogs -> Define Catalogs

2. After deactivating Catalog type, you can delete catalog.

Menu Path : SPRO -> IMG -> Plant Maintenance and Customer Service -> Maintenance and Service Processing -> Maintenance and Service Notifications -> Notification Creation -> Notification Content -> Maintain Catalogs -> Edit Catalogs

3. After deletion of Catalog, Activate Catalog Type again.
