Many people want to start their own website and the following are some ideas which you can use as your own reference to create yours.  I did not put the title as ideas for making a website that makes money because many people who start a blog or website just to make money usually failed.  Focus your attention on making a website that add value to other people life and the money will somehow find you.

I start this topic as I was doing the creative action program exercise and I intend to finish this idea to start your own website in 30 days which mean I need to come out with 30 ideas.

Idea 1 (17 Jan 2019)

Personal blog like mine.  As a personal blogger, you can write about anything and everything that come to your mind or experience in your life for fun.  The important thing to note is to enjoy the writing and sharing process.

Idea 2 (18 Jan 2019)

How to do something website if you possessed some unique skill like craft work, graphics design, photography or programming etc.  You can show people how to do something via a blog, website or a youtube channel.  As a Singaporean, you can make use of your Skills Future fund to learn a new skill that you have interest in.

Idea 3 (19 Jan 2019)

Reviewing products and joining Lazada, Amazon or your product affiliate to get paid while doing it.  For example, if you like to purchase iphone, you can share your knowledge about it and add your affiliate links on your review site so that when someone click the link and purchase an iphone or relevant products, you will get a commission for it.

Idea 4 (20 Jan 2019)

Niche site which focused on specific topic which you had or intend to master it.  For example, if you like to trade stocks and are good at technical analysis, you can share your analysis and conduct part-time course on it.  There are people who join Philip Securities and become millionaires by emailing their clients with their technical analysis in advance who sign up under them with 3 valid trades.  After 3 days, the broker will put their technical analysis onto their website to carrot more new clients to sign under them.  This is a fair trade for the Philip Securities broker as the person had put in the time and effort to master their trade and share it with their clients.

Idea 5 (21 Jan 2019)

Individuals who are physically fit and active can start an adventure site or youtube channel.  You can document and share all your adventures of cycling around the world, sky diving, hot air ballooning in Turkey or wind surfing.  Get a Go-Pro camera so that you can record all your exciting adventures and then upload the videos to your site or youtube channel.

Idea 6 (22 Jan 2019)

Marketing your portfolio online to potential employer.  Who knows, there may be an employer who value your skill set and contact you for a highly paid position in the company.  You can show case your designs, illustrations or any other kind of unique talents which you have accumulated over the years.  Searching for jobs might be a thing of the past if you have an online portfolio setup on your site or LinkedIn.

Those who loving painting or art, you can sell your work on your own website by making use of paypal.com as your payment system or esty.com where it specialized in helping people sell their work in this area.

Idea 8 (24 Jan 2019)

Nowadays, youngsters who play video games might not be a bad hobby as you can upload your favorite game and gather a large following on your youtube channel and earn money off the viewership.  Build up your name by joining game tournament as amateurs gamer like to follow those who are better than them.

Idea 9 (25 Jan 2019)

Saving or Frugal topic which teach college students or stay at home mum or dad how to save money.  Everyone likes to save money and the discount from credit card, buying online or coupons can help them to save a significant sum if added together.

Some people like to interpret dreams and you can start a website and let individuals submit their dreams so that you can interpret for them.  Get started by writing a journal of your own dreams and help people to understand theirs.

For those who happened to be in the human recruitment jobs, you are a guru and can teach others how to be a professional in a field or how to clinch a job.  You can write an ebook and sell it on your site with the paypal payment system.

Teachers who teaches kids can create an elearning site for kids.  Educational sites are a hit with many parents especially nowadays where many parents are tech savvy and they know the benefits of elearning.

The popularity of infographic had created a demand for people who wish to learn.  Many people are still clueless on how to create an infographic.  You can create a short course on it and sell it at your site or on udemy.

There many singing competitions organize every year and it had created a singing market.  Many people sang for fun or to de-stress themselves.   Singer can setup a sing to your heart out website and offer singing lessons to your loyal fans.

Do you like to take exams or is good at passing one?  Start a cheat sheet site or blog and teach others how to pass something or exams.  You can specialist on an exam that you are good at and people will be willingly to pay for your ebook tips.

Cycling hobbyists.  You can organize cycling trips and sell cycling products on your site.  Have a GoPro camera to video your trips and post it on Facebook to attract more cycling members.  You can organize paid overseas cycling trips and earn commission on it.

Product and service comparison site where you talk and compare two similar products or services.  Once you become an authority site, companies will pay you to review their products or services.  Give talks at seminars to gain more exposure.
