"Do what you can to show you
care about other people,
"Again and again, the impossible
problem is solved when we see that
"If in our daily life we can
smile, if we can be peaceful and happy,
So you have come out with this awesome idea for something new that you just know that people would love. This could be an idea for a fantastic book (or even a whole series of books), an incredible movie, a unique and original video game, or an innovative invention that would make many people's lives easier and better. Sharing Common Ideas Whatever your idea may be, one truth applies to all of them: even if you can come out with the greatest idea in the world it means nothing if you do not turn ideas to action. The people who make a real difference in this world are those who can turn ideas to actions and make it a reality. Many people walk around with all kinds of great ideas in their head every day, yet only a few ever take action on them. Getting Ideas Down On Paper The first step for turning your ideas to action is to write all of your ideas down. Going into a lot of detail is not crucial at this early stage; a sentence or two that encompasses the general essence of your idea is sufficient. The reason you want to do this is because it will let you see your ideas from a different perspective. You will find that some ideas just will not work once you see them on paper, and some ideas will work out much different than you had originally imagined. The good thing is that some ideas you were unsure about can turn out to be real winners. Before moving on to the next step, make sure to write down every idea you have, no matter how small or insignificant you think it may be. Sometimes the smallest idea can end up making the biggest impact. Exploring Idea In Detail Once you have all of your ideas written down, start by picking the one idea that interests you the most and expand on it. Take as much time as you need to explore your idea in as much detail as possible. Some ideas may only take a few sentences, others may take a full page or even a dozen pages, and some big ideas might fill a whole notebook! After doing this you will have a much clearer view of your idea, including the things you still need to learn more about to transform ideas to action a reality. At this point you are ready to begin work on the first draft of your idea. Overcome Those Inevitable Roadblocks As you work on the first draft of your ideas to action project, you will eventually come to a point where you need to acquire more information to proceed. Many people that reach this first real roadblock get discouraged and give up, unfortunately. There is a wealth of information on just about any subject you could need, most of the time for free from the Internet or your local library. If you are unable to find a free source to help you, you may need to spend some money to get the information you need. Do not let this common obstacle stop you as it has many others in the past. The Final Two Vital Ingredients There are two vital ingredients that will help determine your level of success in making your ideas to action a reality. The first is having the courage to actually begin working toward realizing them. Even more important, though, is having the persistence to keep going regardless of whatever may come. Remember that anything of worth will take lots of time and hard work to accomplish, with many obstacles to overcome along the way.
