Our life does not come with
any instruction manual that can help us to tackles challenges. We
just have to figure out our own solutions to as we go along. We are humans
and it up to us to determine ourselves what you can or can't do based on
your thoughts or based on the good opinion of others is one of life's fatal
mistakes. Challenges itself isn't a problem, it's an opportunity to excel
and move forward.
It is important to re-phrase the way a challenge is presented to be able to effectively deal with the challenge. A person cannot solve a problem using the same kind actions that created the problem in the first place. Sometimes, we just needs to step back at look at the challenge from a different perspective; with another set of eyes so to speak. Gaining a angle or new perspective on the challenge may actually excite you when you can see a solution as an opportunities. Challenges can arrived in all shapes and sizes. It can be a job loss, health issues, or something entirely different one can not approach a solution by running away from it. At times, we all just need to get a little Zen about things and realize that no matter what happens, the sun will still rise tomorrow. If you keep looking for the good things, you're going to find them; they're hiding in plain sight, just waiting to be discovered! There is tremendous power hidden when you make use of visualization. Envision yourself as happy, healthy, with a great job, opportunities and a wonderful family, whatever it is that you think that you need. There are baby-steps which you can take to move in the direction of having what you want. Developing patience is a virtue so even if it seems like it is taking a long time, just think of how long it would take if you never got started in the first place. Create plan for your challenge, even if you start out slow, and avoid letting setbacks get you down. Everyone of us has them. Just as you can get through any type and size of challenges, successful people have the key that unlocks the door of opportunity and the door to their dreams. With a clear understanding that they can't eat an elephant all in one bite they avoid looking at how overwhelming everything could be and focus on eating the elephant one bite at a time. They learn how to avoid looking at how big or difficult their challenge is. Instead, they turn it into positive opportunities and look at how big their faith is, and that can be faith in God, some other Higher Power, or simply faith in themselves and their abilities. If learn to think positive and look at what you can do, instead of what's coming against you, you can accomplish great things with what you have available and see more open opportunities. Always keep in mind that people don't plan to fail, they just fail to plan. Just take your challenges of the day and divide and conquer. Have a list of your challenges. Make sure you divide them up and pick one that looks like it might be the easiest to undertake and successfully complete. Stick those smaller challenge pushing out all other distractions until you have completed this task. Then start to use your plan to conquer those remaining challenges one at a time. There is an old saying that often tells us that the only two things that are guaranteed in life are death and taxes. Just add one more thing to the list; Challenges!
