In SP01, tick the Spool Request you want to download, then click,

Spool Request -> Forward -> Export as Text

Upon successful export, this message will appear :- Files saved to work directory of GUI

The selected spool data was saved to the file <SAP_system_name><spool_number>.TXT in your GUI work directory.

To find the file, just used the Windows Find Files or Folders functions.

If you are using Citrix, the file would be exported to your Citrix Server where the SAPGUI was installed.
