In this example, I am using company code field.
1. Go the field for which you want to find out PID and press F1. The following screen will appear.
2. Click on the "Technical Information" icon and search for 'Parameter' field. Copy the value in that field. In our example. 'BUK' is PID value for company code as shown in the below screen shot.
3. Add this to parameters tab in your 'own data', tcode SU3.
